Title: Business Analyst II ( IT Quality Analyst Sr)

Location: Atlanta, GA | Chicago, IL | Las Vegas, NV | Louisville, KY | Mason, OH | Minneapolis, MN| Morristown, NJ | St. Louis, MO | Virginia Beach, VA (Primary preferred location) | Wallingford, CT; candidate must be able to access an IngenioRX core site in above listed city

The Business Analyst II is responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements.

How you will make an impact:

• Leads and coordinates testing for small to medium initiatives.

• Coordinates testing across multiple upstream/downstream applications

• Experience in writing the test plans and review with project stake holders

• Understand business requirements/ use cases and translate them into test scenarios and test cases

• Create and execute test cases

• Identify the defects and track it for closure

• Leading defect triage meetings with IT and business teams

• Identify test data needs and work with Test Data Management (TDM) team to ensure the test data is provisioned in all the required applications

• Review test cases and results with business stakeholders and secure sign off’s

• Ensures all applicable Agile/ SDLC testing processes are followed.

• Executes linkage from test plan to test scenarios and test cases.

• Collects testing metrics, reports status as defined in test plan with supporting data.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Business test planning/coordination experience

• Testing experience in pharmacy domain highly preferred

• Usage of tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio

• 2-4 years of End-to-End business process testing experience
