Network Data Specialist Lead PS51530

Acts as lead and oversees the activities of the provider database staff.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees daily activities and provides feedback to manager on performance management, day-to-day training, guidance, and workflow within a state.

  • Oversees all aspects of provider load/audit, troubleshooting, and all aspects of the provider table.

  • Serves as a liaison between all functional areas to resolve provider enrollment issues and ensure uniform and consistent data and data flow.

    Additional duties may include:

  • Monthly metric dashboard - Inventory reviews/accuracy

  • Offshore team remediation/leading vendor status meetings

  • Training

  • Special projects

  • Production project management

  • Coordinate Epact/Shared Mailbox/QL & NWL log assignments

  • Facilitate and attend meetings for management


Requires a BA/BS degree in related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 5-7 years provider data and project management experience preferred.
