Responsible for managing the enterprise-wide planning process for a VP and above. In this role the candidate is supports the Advanced Analytics team driving the annual strategic planning process for 4+ P&Ls. This director serves as a point of contact for P&L leaders across the Diversified Business Group of Anthem.

Chief of Staff

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Connects growth plans to objectives and key results

  • Drives enterprise performance modeling and works with key leaders to improve outcomes/results

  • Develops annual business plan and quarterly forecast material and tools

  • Executes operating plan development and monthly/quarterly business review process

  • Ensures objectives and plans are in sync with business unit strategic direction

  • Coaches business planning participants on requirements, analysis, and deadlines

  • Manages strategic projects, reports and analysis

  • Leads the development and direction of selected issues and projects


Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strategy/ management consulting background or equivalent experience.
