Responsible for translating and documenting moderately complex and varied client business needs for incorporation into application system(s) in support of marketing material production. Consults with marketing and clinical business partners concerning methods and requirements for new and enhanced communications. Possesses adequate technical knowledge / awareness of the basic phases of systems and business analysis and able to consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments. Oversees key vendor relationships to ensure strong and secure execution against contractual and requested services; including data sharing to facilitate program management and data analysis and reporting.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for supporting enterprise programs in marketing services and operations.
• Consults with marketing and clinical business partners concerning methods and requirements for new and enhanced communications.
• Represent marketing production services as a SME for multiple strategic projects.
• Oversees key vendor relationships to ensure strong and secure execution against contractual and requested services; including data sharing to facilitate program management and data analysis and reporting.
• Actively contributes to and/or leads new or improved methods or processes to support increased efficiencies, economies and operational excellence.
• Works cross functionally with business and IT to ensure:
Daily point to point data sharing integrity.
Communications material quality.
Governance of testing for new material setup/ go live.
General lights-on production system status for material issuance.
• Provides data research as required using data base tools such as SQL.
• Maintains team SharePoint site.
• Attend Agile Product Inspection planning events and participate in sprint planning.
• Provides advice and counsel to management. Project tracking and status..
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, which should include exposure to requirements analysis and project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Print, Digital Media, AGILE, SQL, XCEL, SharePoint skills and/or certifications preferred.
