We are looking for engineers to join our team and be responsible for the future of technologies that will impact and improve the healthcare landscape. Our products handle massive amounts of sensitive healthcare data, presenting unique and exciting engineering challenges. We are looking for team members who want opportunities to be creative, innovative, and cutting edge to help shape our digital health platforms, improve our relationships with partners, and, most notably, the lives of our members. As an engineer on our team, you will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle and be responsible for the following:
Maintains active inter-team relationships to determine requirements, design solutions, and review results with stakeholders
Informs efforts with platform, tools, and application teams to increase the capabilities and robustness of new and existing products
Develop, define, and supervise application scope and objectives
Prepare and execute technical and functional specifications
Ensures all forms of testing meet quality assurance requirements, including unit testing, system testing, and regression testing
Collaborate with other engineers to review requirements and code
Assessment and monitor business initiatives for end-to-end impact and coordination
Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 9 years experience working on business and technical multi platforms applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience leading multiple or large projects and multi database and/or multi language strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Further education or robust experience in computer science and engineering
Experience crafting high availability APIs and platforms-as-a-service (PaaS)
Understanding of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, event-driven design, service meshing, and deployment strategies
Interest and ability to learn other coding languages, software paradigms, and best practices as needed
Ability to write in English fluently and idiomatically

Annual Salary Range*: $161,000 - $203,000
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
