The Execution Director is responsible for ensuring successful execution of the Utilization Management transformation portfolio by designing, implementing, directing, and evaluating strategic programs and initiatives to support clinical, quality-related, or business goals for the company and business unit. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model
Partners with the clinical, business, and technology leadership teams to implement the appropriate operating model facilitating information exchange and issue resolutions between the Execution Team and Work Streams, shared services partners, and regulatory and legislative affairs teams.
Lead strategic project planning and business case development
Leads strategic direction for aligning specific organizations to annual goals and objectives by specifying the goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, and contingency plans
Monitors projects, ensuring the portfolio initiatives meet milestones, deliverables, budget, and objectives.
Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
Collaborates to utilize lean capabilities for projects, tools, and methodologies and ensures timely execution of projects.
Continually refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives and facilities proactive identification of new opportunities.
Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines, and coaches on implementation requirements.
Creates internal and external communication strategies, including responses to inquiries and requests for information.
Works across matrix teams to ensure changes are properly communicated and executed.
Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requests
Minimum Requirements : Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience performing business analysis and executing optimization efforts
Knowledge of clinical and/or utilization management programs

Annual Salary Range*: $127,680 - $159,600
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
