Marketing Project Manager

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or execution support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Leads project planning for assigned Medicare / Medicaid Plans.
Manages the development of mandated materials.
Provides strategic counsel on practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
Documents and develops specifications and requirements documents, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on the scope, and on budget.
Develops and manages project timelines.
Collaborates with designers and writers to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
Requires a BA/BS; 4 years of experience managing and supporting projects, preferably in marketing; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Must have demonstrated experience leading projects, holding others accountable, to drive the project to completion on time and in budget.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Must have strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience with managing multiple priorities.
Strongly prefer candidates with experience in healthcare.
Prefer experience with Workfront
Experience working with Marketing Compliance preferred
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid is preferred.
Knowledge of AEP mandated materials is preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $69,132 - $86,415
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
