Process Expert Sr – IngenioRx Medicaid Ops – PS51633
Location: Virginia preferred; will consider additional IngenioRX locations.
*This position is eligible to work from home.
Supports the Pharmacy Encounters department within the IngenioRx Medicaid Operations team by participating in project and process work.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Researches pharmacy encounter data flow and data quality problems and system irregularities; develops, tests, presents process improvement solutions in support of the required completeness, timeliness, and accuracy metrics in each state; develops and leads project plans and communicates project status; provides process direction and decision making for all minor and major project work; supports other process experts on the team.
May perform duties as a lead when involved with enterprise wide initiatives/projects.
BA/BS degree; minimum 8 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination in a high-volume managed care operation (claims, Encounters, customer service, enrollment and billing) with the ability to analyze workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools.
