Solutions Engineer Executive Advisor
Atlanta, Richmond, Norfolk, Mason, Indianapolis, Chicago and other locations may be considered.
The Solutions Engineer Executive Advisor is responsible to lead the delivery and implementation supporting the IT strategy behind Anthem’s blockchain product development and its integrations across all lines of business. Aligning MVP outcomes by shaping the team’s portfolio and direction by owning the development, implementation, and scaling of solutions and services that transform healthcare. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Lead system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies; leads development and execution of risk assessment methodologies to fit business, regulatory, and technical environment considerations; leads the development of requirements, system architecture, and software design of security products and services; leads the development of strategies for discovery, evaluation and response to new networking attacks; develops security incident response plans and strategies.
Develops strategies and facilitates performance measurement plans to optimize vendor and associate performance/outcomes.
Develops Technology Plan and Forecast for an enterprise application/enterprise-wide tools.
Provides trouble resolution and serves as point of technical escalation on complex problems.
Creates presentations and seeks IT management approval and acceptance of significant replacements or reconfigurations of major security systems serving the Enterprise.
May be assigned to project teams for technical consultation to business partners and developers.
Designs & engineers comprehensive access management and network security technical solutions based on business requirements and defined technology standards; works with architecture to update technology direction & strategy.
Capable of serving as technical merger & acquisition lead; and as a SME among peers, with manager and senior management.
Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and is able to consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.
Assessment and documentation of existing capabilities within and across organization, strategic partners, potential vendors.
Requires a BA/BS degree; 8-10 years of hands-on experience leading software delivery and implementation.
Blockchain technology and architecture experience required.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
Excellent analytical, tactical, and planning, organization, and managerial skills required.
Proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties required.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Aha!, Confluence are required.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of industry-accepted data processing controls and concepts as applied to access management and network security technologies, hardware, software, data, network communications, and people.
Security Certifications: CISSP and other advanced technical security certifications preferred.
