Title: Analyst Senior / Analyst Consultant (Job Family)

Location: This position may be located in one of our major office locations in Central or Eastern states (GA, VA, IN, OH, MO, KY or other major locations).

Responsible for working with Business and IT stakeholders to understand the problem domain and provide analysis to capture and manage Business Readiness needs that align with the system solution. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Primary duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Works on highly complex business needs, assesses change readiness, and develops Business Readiness plans leading the people side of change through subject matter expertise and an understanding of business processes.

  • Responsible to work with the Business to understand the growth of the business so that critical data can be analyzed for solutioning.

  • Proactively supports the voice of the customer to ensure requirements meet the business needs and mitigate risk.

  • Supports strategic direction and may lead training and implementation support.

  • Works closely with Business Owners Product Managers and/or Product Owners to ensure business needs are understood to manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Assists in the analysis of the functional business requirements and implementation details to ensure the design meets nonfunctional requirements.

  • Participates in all phases of the SDLC.

  • Coordinates the development of operational readiness documentation and training materials to support rollout adoption and use of the system/functionality as needed.

  • May provide support during the integration and acceptance testing phases and implementation. Demonstrated experience leading/working in collaborative teams and a proactive approach to daily interactions with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Adheres to the current Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement including SDLC business processes and innovation.

  • Agile principles and mindsets to be used to accomplish deliverables and communication.

  • Performs in a leadership role to help guide team members and serves as an expert for the team.

  • Acts as a change advocate and is a role model to others when adapting to different work styles processes tools and communications.

Qualifications

This position may be filled at the Analyst Senior or Analyst Consultant level. The hiring manager will determine the level, based on the candidate's experience and background.

Analyst Consultant

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BS/BA degree; 6-8 years of experience which should include analysis project management working knowledge of mainframe computer hardware and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business acumen in Enrollment, Membership, and Billing Operations.

  • Experience and knowledge of Change Management principles and methodologies; certification is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Agile concepts and tools; Jira, JiraAlign, and Confluence working knowledge.

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, as well as Active Listening.

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and work effectively at all levels in an organization.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Highly motivated; self-starter.

  • Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented; innovative; problem solver; ability to strategize.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business needs.

Analyst Senior

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BS/BA degree; 4-6 years of experience including that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
