Great opportunity to lead the execution of growth initiatives driving end to end cross enterprise outcomes with matrixed stakeholders in support of the local and National markets.
Responsible for facilitating the execution of the CSBD Portfolio Initiatives and strategic priorities .
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model; Partners with the Commercial Sales, Segments and Product team s to implement the appropriate business priorities , facilitating information exchange and issue resolutions between the Execution Team and Work Streams, operational and IT teams, shared services partners and regulatory and legislative affairs teams.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Monitors projects, ensuring the program meets milestones, deliverables, budget and objectives.
Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
Influences and provides leadership on external advocacy efforts and internal outcomes .
Collaborates to utilize lean capabilities for projects, tools and methodologies and ensures timely execution of projects.
Provides strategic direction and continually refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives (enterprise dependency, program solution delivery).
Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines, and coaches on implementation requirements.
Works across matrix teams to ensure changes are properly communicated and executed.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 8 years of experience in healthcare industry that includes large scale strategic planning, consulting , execution, project management ; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Ability to travel may be required.
