Are you a seasoned product development manager with experience building and managing successful pharmacy care programs? Have you owned a product roadmap and managed a disciplined strategic process for developing ideas and taking them to market?

As a senior product manager, you will own the strategic vision for your products. You will lead collaborative workgroups comprised of multidisciplinary stakeholders to oversee and shape the creation of new products from concept to launch. Your strategy will be managed through a formal product lifecycle management process and will be rationalized by data and your knowledge of our client's evolving needs and the changing competitive landscape.
Responsible for the development of products in both new and existing markets.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
Develops and implements long-term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses.
Coordinates presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of product development.
Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients.
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Health or managed care experience preferred.
