Marketing Project Manager
Responsible for managing member-facing marketing communications projects for Anthem Medicaid markets and corporate divisions. Responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or execution support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develops functional specifications, required documents, and communication strategy and planning for assigned projects. Develops and manages project timelines and maintains oversight of tasks in flight.
Drives execution of tasks in a highly matrixed environment and delivers actionable communication on a frequent cadence to keep task owners on track and accountable.
Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
Collaborates with business partners, subject matter experts, and the marketing team to ensure functional specifications and document requirements are met. Understands and adheres to requirements stated in legal documentation and contracts.
Works with business partners, marketing team members, and other resources to further define dependencies for requirements completion and includes these in project planning.
Requires a BA/BS; 4 years of related experience managing and supporting projects in highly matrixed environments with competing priorities; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Requires proficiency in MS Office.
A background in healthcare project management for government business units is preferred.
Experience with MS Project, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, and Adobe Workfront or other project management tools is preferred.
Strong business communications and organizational skills and demonstrated experience with managing multiple priorities.

Annual Salary Range*: $69,132 - $86,415
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
