Joins a team of 4 that maanages market research projects to support brand-, marketing-, and comms strategies and decision-making of the Commercial & Specialty Business Division (CSBD) with forward-looking, actionable insights. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Deliver insights from ongoing tracking studies, client surveys, and ad-hoc studies, to support commercial business segments such as an employer, broker, pharmacy, and specialty
Work w/ decision makers on identifying critical business questions, information gaps, and learning agenda
Conduct root cause analysis of key pain points across customer experience journey through rigorous analysis
Enhance action planning and decision-making with insights for sales, marketing, and product development
Drive thought leadership on emerging B2B customer, industry, and competitive trends incl. medical, behavioral, pharmacy services, behavioral science, health economics, and social determinants of health
In partnership with the Data Analytics team, continuously enhance data integration
Familiarity SPSS statistical software, customer experience management software, and survey tools like Medallia and Qualtrics preferred
- Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of experience in business development strategic marketing and/or marketing research and strategy with proven ability to develop business transformation strategies based on market- and customer-centric information and analysis; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Masters degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
Cross-industry experience in both consumer-focused industries such as pharmaceuticals or packaged goods and health insurance or health-related industries preferred.
Ability to travel may be required.
