Title: Military OneSource Regional Support Coordinator
Location : 100% Remote
Responsible for the administration of one or more client facing programs within a business unit. Program administrators typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Monitor event support capabilities and support usage by geographical area. Make recommendations to management for changes in contractor pool to ensure adequate coverage.
Serve as Point of Contact and mentor to contractors in assigned geographical area.
Serve as liaison between government representatives and state support team ensuring seamless communication and information sharing.
Work diligently with multiple internal and external customers to solve challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
Lead trainings, evaluations, and meetings for the contractors to promote continuous performance improvement. Provide on-boarding training to staff and contractors on designated areas.
Provide quality checks on data tracking system. Alert individuals and their managers on deficiencies.
Prepare procedural documents, job aids, and reports in support of the Outreach team as assigned.
Prepare cost estimates for event support contractors and review cost estimates for state consultant team ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Support events as needed within the state with a resource table or briefing.
Oversee recruitment and assist with interviews for event support contractors.
Provide programmatic support through additional projects as needed.
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 2 years experience in external client facing program or other healthcare related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Five (5) years prior military experience as an active duty, National Guard or Reserve member (or a spouse of a member) or relevant civilian experience supporting the military community.
Knowledge of Military Support Services programs (personal readiness and family support programs).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and SharePoint.
Professional designation related to field or project management experience preferred.
