Marketing Coordinator / Coordinator Sr.
Responsible for developing insight-driven campaign-level strategies and plans to deliver on business outcomes.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Leads the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. - Partners with other areas to develop and measure campaign implementation and performance. - Oversees the development of marketing collateral and assets across channels. - Develops solutions and recommendations to solve challenges. - Guides analytical work to support consumer insight and strategy development.
Work location: This is currently a telecommuter position that may be transitioned to an in-office assignment post-COVID-19. The selected candidate should be located near an Anthem office in the Central or Eastern time zones; may consider other locations for most qualified applicant.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree; 3-5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Marketing Coordinator – 3 years of experience Marketing Coordinator Sr. – 5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry. - Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
