As the Digital Solutions Director of Personalization, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of personalized digital experience and strategies across markets through the identification of realized and anticipatory customer need. We are seeking someone who has expertise in digital product management and has a passion for crafting delightful digital experiences with a strong desire to apply this expertise to customer journey optimization and personalization strategy. You will help advise and develop a roadmap plus play a key leadership role in its strategic execution. While not a strictly technical or strategic role, this role does require proven experience and comfort executing in both areas.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Definition of Anthem’s Digital Public Experience Personalization Strategy and vision for supporting business priorities, consumer insights, and industry trends.
Personalization capabilities roadmap and prioritization schema for the Commerce Platform
In collaboration with Data Science/AI, Marketing, Content Operations, and Analytics Teams, define the operation model for: intake, data strategy, content scaling strategy for rapid response to insights, and governance processes for customer journey optimization.
Support personalization and segmentation objectives and solutioning
W ork hands-on within Adobe’s technology to plan for execution of personalization and optimization programs.
Build optimization test plans using for A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, behavioral targeting, and personalization.
Analyze large and detailed data sets to make recommendations around follow-up tests.
Serve as the Privacy/Legal Liaison for the team
Research/evaluate new digital market concepts / solutions for consumer journey optimization and determine if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services.
Conduct competitive benchmark assessments and identify or evaluate potential solutions that could support the market offer.
Work with business partners and foster multidisciplinary collaboration to both create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions that engage target populations and address market needs.
Partner with leaders and associates in the broader enterprise digital solutions organization and business partners to align priorities and strategies. Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback.

Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience in solution strategy, digital product management and development of digital software products; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
5 plus years’ experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager or comparable products related to personalization, analytics, and CDP/DMPs
Experience with customer journey mapping and orchestration.
Experience in healthcare industry in a direct to consumer (DTC)
Experience with SDLC, and Agile (SAFE), comfort working with Jira, Jira Align Tools.
Advanced experience with Adobe’s technology and other digital marketing technologies and platforms work together to deliver personalization at scale.
Understanding Privacy/Regulations re PHI, PCI, PII.
Deep passion for understanding consumer behavior, identifying actionable insights, and using these to build a customer-centric personalized digital solutions.
Experience with A/B and/or digital marketing multivariate testing.
Understanding and mastery of personalization and CRM best-practices.
Experience working with data to identify customer insights and comfort working with data scientists and engineers, providing vision for data modeling projects, must love working with data!
Broad understanding of the capabilities needed in technology, processes, customer data, and marketing execution for personalization enablement.
Experience with machine learning technology.

Must be very comfortable in a client-facing role, speaking publicly to groups, and interacting with executives.
MBA or equivalent preferred.
Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range*: $116,004 - $145,005
