Job Description: Responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or executional support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator. This is not a creative services role.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget. • Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals. • Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle. • Develops functional specifications and requirement documents. Develops and manages project timelines. • Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met. • Coordinates marketing execution planning for assigned clients and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle, in partnership with a Marketing Director of Project Management and the Marketing Phase Lead. • Develops functional specifications, budgets, process and requirement documents and risk/progress reporting. • Acts as liaison with external clients, and internal or external creative agency partners. • Serves as primary point of contact during the lifecycle of the project and collaborates to resolve cross-functional issues, develop mitigation plans, and identify/escalate risks. • Presents project status to department, project and/or other functional area leadership.

Qualifications

Qualifications: • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in communications/marketing in a health care environment preferred. • Working knowledge of Workfront or similar content management systems a plus. • Experience presenting and leading internal or external clients through the development of communications, requirements and project plans is preferred.
